I Have a Medion I7920 CPU, it mounts Pegatron IPMTB-GS

I need to Know if this motherboard haves any unlocked bios (for OC) or if HP IPMTB-TKs bios (improves system support for Intel Core i7-980X) is compatible with this version,

Hello Everyone 
My english not very well. We ve got a problem. My bios was locked. I want to update my old bios. But I try to much diffirent bios.rom file i couldnt find the correct one. When i tried to install I encountered the bios error. I have i7 950 1.generation CPU and i must be  use that +4.xx ghz clock rate speed for Asus rog strx Rx 580. My bios locked. I cant have Cpu overlock page on my bios. Help me please. Need help. i am very sad and stressfull for this problem. ( My English is not very good )

What is system name and model (Tower model)? Never mind, I looked in BIOS, there is nothing (At all) to unlock. I can update CPU microcodes for you if you want, but that wont help you get 4Ghz

My pc name is "Casper Neo Thermaltake Armor Mx" model. it is a old pc. How i can oc this pc. I must be update bios for that. I want get 4 ghz my cpu and my motherboard settings acces.   What can i do now

Yes, I already found all that and checked the BIOS.

You cannot do 4Ghz on this system, and there is absolutely no BIOS settings hidden, so nothing to enable for you.

Only solution is a new (Different) X58 motherboard. Get one from Mainstream brands like Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Asrock, Biostar etc.
