Sorry but I have no experience doing bios modification and do not understand what you mean by posting a download link

go to toshiba official website, choose support, then go to downloads , choose your notebook type and links for downloading all drivers will appear including the bios, just copy the bios link and paste it here

Not sure what you are trying to do, the MK2 will support a 320gb pata hdd from the factory.

install HDD WD800BEVE-00A0HT0, SSD PATA http://www.kingspec.com/en/product_xx157.html
in the Panasonic Toughbook CF-18 (MK2) - displayed incorrectly in the BIOS, and when installing XP SP3 WD800BEVE-00A0HT0 displayed as unallocated 68Gb and does not give an opportunity to create a partition.
