I did exactly as you said, but SLIC 2.0 is still unchaged after many trails ...
Maybe I have to do this from DOS, but how? Please advise me?

Would it be possible to refresh this link or to upload the file on the other service (the current link has probably expired)? I have a similar problem as rozbud and need to install this update under Windows 7 x64.
