Please unlock my INSYDE H2O BIOS...

Hi,
I'm using HP Pavilion dv3 2165ee Laptop....
My bios is insyde H2O, it is locked and none of the options for SATA ACHI modes are available...
Please make a patch for my bios. Here is my BIOS link,
