[REQ] Quanta SW1 Latest Q3c78 Unlock VT & hidden options & SLIC 2.1

I'm a PC user from Mainland China. I'm not good at English. Please offer advice if I have any error with my expressions.
I have a notebook. The brand name is Greatwall and the model is E570. The archetype is Quanta SW1. Greatwall E570's BIOS has stopped updating. I use another brand name's and model's notebook as HEDY KW300. HEDY KW300's latest released BIOS version is Q3C78. I have tried flashing Q3C78 to Greatwall E570. It's OK.
I found bios-mods.com from Google in this topic: http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-RE...ualization . And I have flashed your mod BIOS Q3C41. It's splendid! But Q3C41 is not latest released BIOS instead of Q3C78. Try to mod Q3C78. That's the final mod.
Please help me do as follows:
1) Download Q3C78. The link is http://file2.mydrivers.com/notebook/hedy..._q3c78.zip . Or download it from attachment.
2) Mod it. First, I don't know if virtualization is ON or OFF. If not, turn the default option to Lock On. Second, from this topic: http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-RE...ualization . I found many hidden options to be showed. That's good. Please do the same things as Q3C78. Third, It seems that SLIC 2.0 was added, replacing as SLIC 2.1. 4th, the vBIOS ver. of original BIOS Q3C78 is 1256, can you update to newest vBIOS 1585? Pay attention .. vBIOS 1585 is 4:3 and 1024X768 max resolution, which is not fit for my notebook. My notebook is 16:9 and 1280X800 max resolution. I think that you should modify cal_1585.dat first, add 16:9 and 1280X800 max resolution. Plz try to make it, lol.

Hi Mythhenry ,

Please upload the RW REPORT for the ACPI tables , you have uploaded the wrong one ( you have uploaded pci report ) .
The latest bios you uploaded has a different structure from the old one , sothat i have to work on it from the start again ......... i will unlock it for you but please be patient as i`m very busy in my study and exams .

I'm sorry to upload a wrong RW REPORT and have fixed it. I have flashed twice and made troubles. I have asked so call skilled-hand in a BIOS forum located at Mainland China. They have modified but had corrupt BIOS to me. I have flashed twice and made troubles and.. the notebook wasn't work. I went to computer mall to let someone restore BIOS with programming unit machine. T_T And spend 270 RMB. Oh, that's terrible. BIOS is not funny. BIOS is bottom facility. So in all honesty, I won't try again.
I think that you shouldn't help me modify BIOS any more. That's not your fault. Just put my thinking cap on it. Hoho. THX!!!

For me , i haven't bricked notebooks before expect one time and the quanta bios modified by me was tested and worked perfectly ,,, no need to worry , its your choice in the end
