1. Which voltage value would you want to tune in the bios? Have you attempt to tuned it via Intel XTU or Throttlestop? I think it's more safe for you.

2. If you haven't understood how to do clear cmos or have no capability to revert bios , please don't adjust some danger options such as memory timing, graphic configuration ,voltage configuration..etc ,it may lets you get a black screen or birck your machine. I ever made a mod for this model(FX506HM) ,then this owner made a wrong memory timimg settings then he bricked laptop ,but he can't a way or found a cmos battery to do clear cmos ,so the finally result he must send his laptop return to ASUS repair center.

Ok which would you suggest throttle or Xtu?

Why not attempt at first ? you have to learn how to use these tools by search related information on the internet.
If their states is deactive ,you still need unlock some bios options to activate them. (Or maybe old method is invalid in intel 11th gen new platform ,old method is mean disable CFG lock and Overclocking Lock in the bios).

i tried Throttle stop and its locked in the bios I do have the option to undervolt to max -30 should I just do that and leave it at that?

@mikeyt

Yes , you can keep current sates if you're satisfy it. On your laptop the max value of Core Voltage Offset is -30mv ,it's lower than other ASUS 10th gen laptop. For example : on G732LWS the max value can be set to -80mv . I guess this is related with motherboard design or new 11th gen platform so it has different restrictions.

I think i can increase the Core Voltage Offset value over than -30mv and make some options unlocked ,if you're interesting with it , make a bios dump with this tool then attach the file. (Run dump.bat as administrator)

Here is the dump file maybe a stupid question but -30 is lower voltage than -20 correct?

If it's undervolt ,-30mv is more than -20mv.
Your link has problem.

i added a google drive link does it work? and yes its a undervolt so -20 is less voltage removed than -30?

Checking the access right of your google drive link.

Ask you a simple question ,decrease 100mv(-100mv) voltage and decrease 50mv(-50mv) voltage ,which one can decrease more temperature? Now do you understand ?
