I need the mpcie wlan whitelist removed, trying to use an external gpu setup and I'm not getting anything on device manager or on lubuntu.
I have tried lspci on a lubuntu live boot and nothing shows up regarding nvidia.
I'm on bios version 221, but I cannot get the AMI Flasher utility since it just takes me straight to the Lattice acquires AMI page every time. So I'm not sure how to get my bios dump,
I have tried the hotswap trick doing the wifi card, going to sleep and then waking up with the egpu adapter plugged in.
I am using the EXP GDC Beast V8.5C with the nvidia geforce GTX 1060 3GB ASUS
Laptop specifications: ASUS K53E, i7 2630QM (Upgraded from the i5 2450M) Sandy Bridge, 16GB DDR3, Intel HD 3000, 1TB SSHD, Windows 10 Pro.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I tried posting this on egpu.io forums but my thread got moved and it didn't help me at all.
