[REQUEST] HP Pavillion dv7-4103er AMD

Hi there.
I would be grateful if a BIOS modification could be made.
I need acess to Switchable Graphic mode to use only one card for my choice.
There is two AMD ondoard cards: Mobility Radeon HD 4200 & HD 5650. 
It's really annoiyng my to install drivers for both cards.
But maybe there is some another features can be unocked like over/downclocking ets.
It's heat like [censored] with AMD N930 CPU so I plan to change it for some low class CPU.
BIOS is attached.
