Im not sure if this bios is protected, i couldnt find out

I would like to unlock the advanced/oc tab, so i could possibly lower the voltage & power usage, so that the gpu/cpu wouldnt throttle at full load + unlock xmp profile (power limited, not thermally limited)

looking to unlock advanced settings to adjust tdp to get rid of processor throttle. And to also allocate more memory to gpu cores, as well as change memory timing and command rate.

I have this laptop Acer Aspire 3 - A315 - 41 - R5KU... it's not that bad, but the bios is HORRIBLE -_-

You have like no options at all to modifiy, not even the legacy mode... you can only boot in EFI, and this is so annoying -_-

Hello!
I have found this (Google Drive) BIOS/UEFI dump in the internet (apparently someone dumped it using SPI programmer)
It can be opened with InsydeH2O-EZE tool without any problems...
Problem is, I don't really know assembler, or anything, so I can't modify it, nor find out how to activate hidden menu. 
It would be very nice, if someone who knows more than me took a look.
