It's Packard Bell Dot S2 - Acer One 532H (are the same)
Bios v. 1.26 NAV50.fd Menu Unlocked Advanced + Power :

So download file unpack by Winrar or 7vzip and rename as original Acer bios file, then replace original with it and flash your eeprom by InsydeFlash.exe in Windws folder, (remember to flash before original if your actual is below version).

This is for the Acer Aspire One 532h (NAV50.fd) BIOS v1.26.
I have attached the BIOS.

I tried using the tool http://www.jakobheinemann.de/en/j-bios.html , but it didn't seem to work (or perhaps I used the tool wrong).  The output I received is pasted below.  The output file was unmodified and was the same as the original file.  I am trying to enable the execute disable bit, which is supported by the processor, but the Advanced options are hidden in the BIOS.

In this version XD/NX bit is hidden.

Features to unlock: fan adjustment (mandatory), GPU memory (Intel GMA 3150) assignment (mandatory), CPU clock, voltages, moltiplicator, fsb and ram timings (optional)

This is more like a re-upload request than a bios mod request, as it has been already modded, but the file (hosted on dropbox) is now offline.
Anyway, in case you don't have such a file either, here's my request:
could you please mod the Acer Aspire One bios (ao532h motherboard) to get fan speed adjustment, voltages adjustment, ram timings and to manually assign more than 8 MB to the GPU?
