Hello! I would be very pleased if you can help me to unlock all bios menus on my laptop (Acer Aspire V3 772G with GT-750M graphics card). Currently I have bios v 1.15. I was reading some other articles on your forum and understood that the first thing that I need to do is to make a backup copy of my current bios by using "BACKUP_Tools12" and "Universal Bios Backup". Could you please confirm if that's correct  ?  I will be more than happy to make a donation for your help.

Greetings BIOS gurus!

I'm in need of an unlocked bios for my Acer v3-772g laptop.  The laptop has an Insyde bios v1.15.

I am trying to install an external GPU using an EXP GDCv8.4 that plugs into the mPCI-e port that the wifi module used to be plugged into.  For me to make it work, I need to be able to disable the dedicated onboard graphics (Nvidia GT 750m) in the bios.

Also, If you can remove the bios's mPCI-e whitelist so that I don't have to hotswap the wifi module with the EXP GDC while the computer is running, that would be great too!

Using the contents of the Bios Backup tools.rar file I found in one of the other threads, I created my bios data dump and posted it on sendspace per the instructions at the end of the bios backup tools.exe script.

Bios mod worked! "Advanced Settings" tab now available in BIOS.

I was able to disable the built-in nvidia GPU through:
Advanced Settings>
Video Configuration >
Special features = disabled
Primary Display = IGFX

Hooking up the EXP GDC & GTX 970 to the laptop, the new gfx was detected by OS. I installed the drivers and the external GPU is now feeding the accelerated output via HDMI to an external computer screen.

I'm now gaming on my new external GPU.
