Hi friend,
unpack that file .exe using 7Zip and rename It as mod then move the folder on C:\ HD.
Open a Comand Prompt whit Admin Rights and run these comands :

cd C:\mod
GO.bat

You will get a result.rar file on desktop or into folder, then upload It here for me !

1.I lookup on my computer and see this BIOS manufacturer is Acer but it is Insyde in fact right?

So Recovery File is a Bios to use for Recovery Procedure when laptop doing Bios Update brick and doesn't Boot ever.
Menu Tabs Unlock is a set of new tabs into Bios Setuputility where show Advanced - Power and others Tabs and permit to modify deeper your Bios Settings.
