[REQUEST] Acer Aspire VN7-572(G) BIOS Unlock
#1
Hi, I'm new. I came through a video on youtube to unlock the Bios of a vn7-572 (g) model, unfortunately I could not complete the step by step. I need help.

"13. Enter setup_var 0x258 0x1 in command line"

but i get error: can't set variable using efi (error: 0x000000000000008)

What does it mean:

GRUB_EFI_WRITE_PROTECTED GRUB_EFI_ERROR_CODE (8)

Did I take a wrong step?
In the DUMP I get this

Suppress If: {0A 82}
True {46 02}
Setting: i-Page :, Variable: 0x258 {05 91 42 14 43 14 0B 00 34 12 58 02 00 10 00 01 00}
Option: Disabled, Value: 0x0 (default) {09 07 B0 12 10 00 00}
Option: Enabled, Value: 0x1 {09 07 B1 12 00 00 01}
End of Options {29 02}
End If {29 02}

Suppress If: {0A 82}
True {46 02}
Setting: BIOS SPI Lock :, Variable: 0x259 {05 91 40 14 41 14 0C 00 34 12 59 02 00 10 00 55 00}
Option: Enabled, Value: 0x1 (default) {09 07 B1 12 10 00 01}
Option: Disabled, Value: 0x0 {09 07 B0 12 00 00 00}
Option: Disabled 1st, Value: 0x55 {09 07 3F 14 00 00 55}
End of Options {29 02}

Should I try "setup_var 0x259 0x0" before "setup_var 0x258 0x1"?

How can I bypass the lock?

It cannot run because it is not a "version for my computer"

I use the x64.
