I've got this laptop tried to upgrade RAM from Kingston 4GB 1Rx8 to Crucial 8GB 2Rx8 it doesn't start.

Can anything be fixed in BIOS to support new RAM?

Note that when we put both RAM in it starts, BIOS detect 12GB but windows only 4GB.

If this can't be fixed I'd appreciate any modified version with more settings as default feature set looks really miserable. I can flash it with SPI+clips.
