I would love to have the bios for my D900T modified, specifically to increase my max ram. I read that the hardware is capable of supporting more, but clevo or alienware never got around to releasing the BIOS for it

I figured it may be helpful to know that the mobo has a i915p chipset, and according to the official intel specsheet, it can support 8GB. I would kill to have 16gb but I know that a HW limitation like this is insurmountable.

Sorry, but I am currently incapable of performing memory mods on BIOSes. Even if I could, a hardware restriction from the chipset would prevent it from having any true effect.

The Chipset can support 8GB, but the bios is limiting to 4gb. Is there anyone on this forum capable of doing such a modification?
