[REQUEST] Asus H81M-R BIOS Unlock

I'm not able to overclock cpu on this motherboard, so I need unlocked bios, searched everywhere, didn't find any other solution, so I'm here.

I added in the attachment newest bios version of this mb and screenshot from CPUID...Thanks in advance

Hello everyone, great respect for all the next-level-tech-wizz-everyday superheroes around here. 

To introduce myself first,

•   BaseBoard Product  - H81M-R
  
•   BaseBoard Version  - Rev X.0x
  
•   SMBIOS Version - 2.7
  
•   Processor   - Intel® i5-4460  CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
  

• BIOS locked, no cpu voltage, no multiplier adjustments, no advanced cpu adjustments at all.
  
  
• Need an unlocked version of modified BIOS, with as many options and settings unlocked. (with the most important one being the CPU 's adjustments and advanced settings.
  

I could realy use some help overhere with finally acquiring the modified and unlocked BIOS version for my old ASUS buddy here
I am looking to overclock, test, playaround a bit actualy with this old Intel i5 series i've got here. As it turns out, this model/series are "locked" for basicly any kind of tweaks and adjustments. Only options or should i say "tweaks" available to me are some, more,  trivial settings id say, like some  multiplier ratio with values less then stock clock ratio of 3.2 (max multiplier value i can set is 32 or lower) Every other possible adjustment is non-existant, CPU-wise. 
Oh yeah, and there is a option to set DRAM : BCLK or something like that im not even sure, but anyways all the options i have available are generally throttling/power saving or stepping down performance and power !  

So i would really appreciate if someone could find time and will power to crank me up with a fully unlocked BIOS version . Well it doesnt have to be fully unlocked or whatever, i just need those CPU adjustments unlocked, its a part of the "AI Tweak" tab in ASUS's BIOS. I do have that tab visible and accesible but severly limited.

• Maybe a stupid question but...-  Is there a scenario in which i could flash my BIOS and get like EVERYTHING unlocked, not just regarding the CPU but like everything else that might be factory firmware locked. Is there a "standard" unlocked version of somekind that shows everything ? 
  

By the way, here additional info on my specs, im not sure if im missing some crucial piece of info thats required for the proccess but if so just tell me ill provide ut

Oh and i should probably mention: I've recently updated my BIOS to the latest version available from the manmufatorer, ipdating went perfect everything was smooth. If you need any more info or specs, ill be happy to provide.
