[REQUEST] Asus IPIBL-LA BIOS Unlock

Hi forum,

I have a HP Elite m9090.uk-a desktop PC (specs) which I want to overclock. The motherboard is ASUS IPIBL-LA (specs).

HP has locked overclocking via the BIOS. Can the BIOS be unlocked to enable me to OC via the BIOS?

Im looking to overclock my q6600 but unfortunately my bios is locked.

Okay. I know this board, and its chipset is ancient. However, its what I have until I can afford to build an entirely new PC.
I want to over clock my Core 2 Quad Q8200.
Could anyone help with this?
