(REQUEST) BIOS HACK ASROCK H61 PRO BTC

i5 2300 (non k) cpu and h61 pro btc motherboard

so the question is

I want to oc my cpu and I searched all the info but still don't know how to hack my bios (to z77 or p67 pro3) cuz they seem the most logical but everytime i try with the usb stick (afudos) or typing the windows exe says I can't flash the bios obviously, tried all im desesperated

What I can do?
