Still waiting on this >> Show me image CPU-z Motherboard tab, then also an image of the BIOS with the bclk setting selected (So I can see the help text on right)

Memory to Bclk ratio is not where you enter Bclk, the Bclk setting will be above that if you have it enabled.

STILL waiting on hd and sir there is no blkck setting any where even when set to manual oc checked and rechecked just wating on her hd bassically there is no blck enabled anywhere in the bios

OK, when you get HDD post image please. Is Bclk shown in the BIOS you flashed in there, in AMIBCP? It may be due to no Asrock B85, or at least the two BIOS you have tried, have Bclk options possible. I checked B85M-G-3602 and it does not have the secondary "Ai Overclock Tuner" that is Auto, Manual (Bclk/mem-freq), XMP or other like ROG. The one in the BIOS you are using is only Auto/XMP, no other option can be set/enabled.

Compare to a Z77 or Z87 BIOS and you will see what I mean, here is an example showing both IFR and AMIBCP, even if added your board does not have the hardware to bclk overclock (need bclk controller, they do not put those on B/H/G models usually). You're BIOS on right (B85M-G-3602), notice in the IFR on bottom (Text), even if this was showing in AMIBCP you could not enabled it due to it's not there in the actual coding anyway.

THANKS that explains why it refuses to blck oc and no there is no blck setting exctept the one that changes the memory only 100/100 and 100/133 is all i get for any blck options well im assuming i will have to software oc the fsb ? reason why i ask is i have done this before many times just not on this chip been a while since i have touched a locked board but i do appreciate u looking through hard drive says it will be here today i will get that for u asap thanks sir and happy thanksgiving to alll

Most bclk you can get on a board like that is usually is 103 or so, not worth the effort. If you really want to overclock you need a Z87 or Z97 board, but even them Bclk overclock isn't as easily usable like it was back in the FSB days, maybe you could do 105-108 on a good board with a great CPU.
