Need BIOS unlocked for Memory and HDD (Sata Controller) in the menus.

Here are some pics of the new bios. Unable to get to the Advanced, Security, or Power tabs.

Advanced tab is empty as default.There are no any options.It seems your bios not support 7 tabs at once.
Now i'm hidiing unuseful Advanced tab and i'll test again.
I see Sata Controller options.
What do you want to see in memory options?

Ability to set mem speed other than AUTO.

What is current RAM frequency?
It equals FSB, your chipset supports up to 800 Mhz frequency.Cpu works to for this FSB with multiplier up to 1300 Mhz.
You cannot change it!

You can set it to 667 or if on AUTO it's 800. Like you said it should be able to go higher than DDR3-800.
Right now running at 800 the Latch is FSB : DRAM 1:2

What is your origin ram modules??DDR-3 1333 MHZ?
Download AIDA64 and post screnshots about your North Bridge.It seems it cannot support 1333 MHz.
May be i try to unlock 1333 speed...
