Download AIDA64 and post screnshots about your North Bridge. It seems it cannot support 1333 MHz.
May be i try to unlock 1333 speed...

Yes 1333. I will load AIDA64 and test.

Looks like I can only go to 1066. But if you can get it to that I would be happy.

Unfortunately, yes!
Your chipset doesnt support 1333 MHZ, it is hardware restriction.
I'm sorrySadI can remove unuseful Advanced tab so you may get access to Powrr or Security tab.

Do you have access to Security or Power tab now?
If you want to get 1066 Mhz Ram speed so you need CPU is working at FSB 1066 Mhz or 533 mhz.
My CPU P8400 2,24 Ghz works at 1066 Mhz.
You should ask about RAM speed our CPU expert DeathBringer.
You can find him at CPU Support Upgrades section.
Unfortunately your CPU is not removable, it is soldered. So CPU upgrade is expensive procedure for you (requires solder station)

Security yes power tab no.  Yes I checked and with my cpu I would need to have a latch of 2:5 as my CPU is an 800Mhz FSB.  That would run my DDR3-1066 at 1000.  Thanks for all your help with this.  I could do the soldering but I do not think the laptop is worth the cost of a new cpu.  Did you happen to notice if there was a place in the BIOS to adjust the base clock?

i have found about 100 modules with possible code but i need too much time.I think your ram speed auutomatically up to 1066 when CPU upgraded.
You should find laptop with PM45 chipset (Notrh bridge), it supports 1066 FSB, CPUs Core 2 Duo P-series and Ram DDR3-1066 Mhz.You can easy change CPU to P-socket.
Your CPU is too weak and need too much money to be removed.
I checked Advanced Tab and Power tab now.
Unfortunately both are empty (set by vendor).
Anyway all necessary options found in Intel submenu, it unlocked already.
