[REQUEST] Compal NBLB2 Bios advanced menu

Try to locate an earlier bios version and rename the FD to the recovery name then try again. It's the only thing i can think of that may work.

The file i posted is the original unmodified bios, just renamed to the recovery name, don't know why it is not working, and even less why it does not allow to repeat the procedure. Sorry guys, and without the machine on my hands i really cannot do much more.

Are you sure can't do anything else to help us, would really appreciate it.

Okay thats just too bad - I've also been in contact with Compal and the company I bought the laptop at in the first place, they're out of ideas aswell, so i have now made an RMA on this and is sending my laptop to them tomorrow.

The least thing you can do is to remove the files you've uploaded as they seem to brick the BIOS.

Anyways thanks for the try and this should be a pretty harsh warning to ppl fiddling with this stuff as it CAN GO WRONG sometimes.
