REQUEST Dell Latitude 6430U Bios extract

Guys

I need to extract the Bios from the exe file

/writeromfile /writehdrfile

DOES not work. 

Any leads?

Appreciate it if you can help me with it.

What i will do is to use an external programmer to program the bios.
