Basically I'm getting code 31 with my egpu

Quote from solution page: the problem was with some L1 and L2 Sub states options enabled in my BIOS for the PCIe port my card was plugged into. Those are meant to preserve energy for the laptop and it shuts off the port when it detects the eGPU.
