I would like to request an unlock of the A02 bios for the Dell Vostro V131. I am mainly looking for voltage and fan control.

there is no voltage control options in most of notebooks and your notebook as well .
i will look for any fan control options and reply to you ASAP .

I have downloaded bios file and found its special dell bios which can`t be extracted from the exe for modifying it .
i`m sorry , i have tried several times and extracted the hdr file but have no idea how to edit hdr dell files .

BTW , you can use HW/info tool for the fan control to get it to full speed or any speed .

hello, first sorry if I'm posting the wrong place.  I would like to request if possible to add UEFI mode to Vostro V131 bios, extract the copy of bios A06 currently installed on my device.  This bios is an APTIO.  unfortunately I can't say much more because I understand little about the subject "well saying nothing".  And finally, if it's possible to do this, how can I flash this mod bios?
