I have tried Knoppix Live CD. It does not boot with 3 Gb installed. Same is if I want to install Win XP or any other OS.

Any suggestions after this point?

I just e-mailed them requesting the datasheet, so let's hope! I used to have similar problem to yours only that I was able to boot but the problem was that apart from the 3GB limit, the on-board video card would not work well (like if there were not video driver installed, tested all posibilities on varios OSs windows, linux) when updated the BIOS it solved that problems but still the memory limit and no Dual channel activated. Maybe my bios could work on your PC so you can use 3GB. Can you tell me your pc Full spec. Also someone else opinion if this could work would be good.

Sorry, I don't have any idea how to fixed the 3GB-failed-boot issue on your notebook.

Can you give it a try and unlock the hidden features, like you did for UnoLock and his Clevo, which runs same motherboard as my machine?

I used the program Fresh Diagnose to see if it reports the same on my machine and the main difference is the bios rom size (mine is 1024KB which the program reports as 64KB) so the size must be the same for the BIOS to work on your machine or it will kill it. But don't know what southBridge you have (mine is via 8237a) that I suppose it must be the same too. If you use CPUZ it will tell you. I also have an on-board video card (vn896 chrome). So I think if you have a perfect matching hardware with mine, it will work! I believe that if you use winphlash to backup your bios, it will tell you the actual size of yours.

I have the same video card and the southbridge, the only difference I see is the size of BIOS. Mine is 512Kb. So I am not sure what means.
