my frend how to down grade bios to f13r0m because my current rom is f20 and my loptop always pop up that f13 is an older version of bios which is not compatible with my f20rom cinfiguration☹️☹️?

hpq flash wizard failed
the system bios is not been updated
please correct the reported problem and try again ☹️☹️?
