I am happy that not Bricked so now We know that Menu Tabs Unlocking
is working fine and Slic 2.1 too ?
Only I have to check the Whitelist Remove Mod !
Can You post a screen Shot of Error that produce Laptop Lock at Boot time ?
I need to see and get the exact error string !

I have not checked SLIC yet.
The WiFi card doesnt give an error with the modded bios, I just cant turn it on. If you mean the whitelist error, that is:

Wireless Module not supported

The system has detected a Wireless module installed in the system is not supported.
System halted. Please remove device and restart.

There are few cases, but common !
It's causing by Whitelist on some particular WiFi Cards !

Try taping pin 20 in the mpcie wifi card to cover the wifi disable pin like on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzAKcmlaH1M
