I searched and searched for any of the files referenced in some of the other threads. I finally found one other thread that contained an updated bios file within it.

It was posted by user netman25, but the file was created by user RomMon

I have updated the bios on my HP DV7t-3300 with attached file in netman25's post and it works, and I was able to install upgraded card with no issues.
