Hi everyone,
can anyone disable the check code (Wlan Whitelist)? I have currently older bios and want to flash newer with disabled whitelist check code.

Bios Type: Insyde EFI
Current Bios: F.14

New Bios Version: F.29

Thanks for trying, but unfortunately that forum is about unlocking AHCI mode for SATA devices (unlocking advanced tab) and I am trying to disable wifi module check.
I flashed bios you posted - now its version F.29 - but there is still the annoying screen (see attachment).

There is another mod called "sp55299_NWL_ByCamiloml.exe" which kinda works, but it doesnt remove the whitelist, but only skips the "halt" procedure of the whitelist check method and people have some problems with that (black screens, etc.).

It would be great if Donovan6000 could add whitelist removal to his advanced tab modded sp55299 Bios

If I click on the above link to the sp55299.zip file in /pub, I get the following error:

Obviously, I clicked into the wrong neighbourhood. Is this file mirrored somewhere else? The mediafire version from a couple of posts back does not have the whitelist removed. Thanks.
