Requesting a BIOS unlock. My laptop model is very new (only been available a month). I custom ordered it with a gtx 930m, but HP thought it would be a great idea to ship it booting Intel HD 5500 and not allowing access to the boot graphics option in the BIOS.

I'm really new to this and couldn't get Andy's Phoenix Tool to properly read my unpacked BIOS to see if it's RSA signed. Sorry

Pls. Help me get access to the boot graphics option. I'm amazed this community is as active as it is, thanks for even reading this. I only got 1 reply on HP's forums and it was someone else having the same problem. I'm very new to this please tell me if I need to provide any more information

EDIT: I just got off the phone with an HP support higher up. Guy wouldn't give me any guarantee or even suggest that it was possible the BIOS would be updated with the boot graphics options. You guys are my only hope. I don't wanna have a lengthy return ahead of me
