Good day! Please help me unlock bios on Lenovo b50-70. Tried to make a backup with BACKUP_Tools18 but nothing happens. But with the help of Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0, I managed to take a dump. Is it good for editing?

I have a Lenovo B50-70 that won't recognize the HDD in an HDD caddy that has been installed in place of the ODD optical drive.
Can you guys please help me? What do I need to provide and how?
