- When attempting to update the BIOS using the official Lenovo website’s update tool, the device restarts but displays a "Failed" message.
- My system runs *Windows 10 (64-bit), and I followed all instructions (running as administrator, enabling BIOS flash, etc.).
- Boot Delay:* The device shows a black screen for 10+ minutes*before Windows starts, even though the hardware (HDD, RAM, etc.) works fine on another device. I’ve tried discharging static electricity and resetting the CMOS battery.
Request:
I kindly ask for your support in:
- Providing a working BIOS update solution or an alternative method.
