Your bios is rewrite protected
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

Hi All,

I have a Lenovo G50-80 with latest bios (b0cna0ww). Universal Bios Backup Toolkit 2.0 cannot identify my bios, but BACKUP_Tools19n seems to have dumped it: https://www.sendspace.com/file/mkuhui

Could you please modify the attached bios B0CN95WW file to install an Intel AX210 network card in my G50-80?
The BIN file is extracted directly from the chip with the CH341 programmer, the SOIC8 clip and the Neoprogrammer software.

I downloaded the bios mod, installed it and the laptop works perfectly. I have installed the new wireless network card and it works without problems.
So that what happened to me doesn't happen to you, you MUST CLEAR THE EEPROM ALWAYS BEFORE PROGRAMMING IT.
I didn't do it the first time and it didn't work. Then with the previous deletion everything worked perfectly.
Another tip, to avoid having to disassemble the laptop to get to the eeprom, I have made a small window with a cutter, big enough to fit the clip without problems.
I attach a picture of how it looks like, and where the eeprom with the bios is located, you can also see the new wireless card installed.

I'm trying to update the wireless network card on a Lenovo G50-80 bios B0CN95WW, but when I turn on the computer, the message appears that the card is not compatible. Could you please remove this incompatibility list from my bios?
