Hi I tried to download the rghost tool so I could upload my BIOS and have y'all fine gents work your magic, but it said file restricted, so if someone could please link that and then mod it for me I'd love them forever ;Thanks in advance

There is a special board for this requests, "WiFi / WWAN Whitelist Removal".
I used the "Universal Backup ToolKit 2.0", easily found in google. As far as I know rghost isn't a tool, more a site for uploading.
