Thanks for the quick response. I'm unfortunately getting the Error 28 when trying with both flash.bat files. Secure Boot Status is disabled (and greyed out) in the bios setup. Suggestions would be appreciated!

UPDATE: After loads of reading I've tried a couple of things but no joy! Details below:

Option 1
Code:
flashit.exe -g
Error: IHISI 10h fail. Internal Error ef. Function not supported

Option 2
Quote:Crisis function - supposedly from Lenovo support
1. Clear the USB key.
2. Rename the 62CN11WW_BIOS.cap as BIOS.cap.
3. Put the file in the folder named crisis to the USB key you cleared in step 1.
3. Plug it in the target machine.
4. Press Fn+R+"power button" to power on the system then it will recover the BIOS automatically.
Created a black FAT16 usb stick with only the "crisis" folder and the BIOS.cap file. Unfortunately nothing happens when I press Fn+R+"power button" buttons. Tried with Windows key and +b options. Still no joy.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
