Hi all,

I have a lenovo G580(2689). I flashed Bios update after upgrading to windows 10 because i could not use the novo button to power on for bios/boot menu. however i seem to have random blue screen of death, hdd temperature issues and slow boot time after this. i tried flashing back with the old .exe file but nothing happens. version 97 is the new one. version 44 is the one i want back. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks and regards

My laptop is Lenovo G580 20157. I have had forgotten password on it. And i tried to make a dump of the bios file using CH341A, but because of lacking experience, I broke the chip. then I no longer have the original dump of bios.

I then flashed it with a bios bin file I found on internet. it names “25Q64FVSIG(U6001).bin” which is the same to my broken chip. I buy a new chip and flash it, and thanks it works .

However, I am now want to install the new AC wifi card. I bought a new intel 7260HMW wifi card, but unfortunately, the bios is not unlocked whitelist.

Can you have me to unlock the 2 bios file on the links? if possible, can you also unlock the hidden setting as well? I uploaded 2 files, because I also want to try the bios that has ME cleaned as well.

Bios is 62CN44WW. (I merged the BIOS dump with the Chipprog-481 programmer)
