when i want to flash i get Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS

Are you flashing in DOS mode? after error 28 prr runs and tell you to press enter to continue and try again, did you?

i flash in dos-mode from usb. when i prompt flash.exe come error 28.
after this error i must use prr.exe is that right? have not done before.

Flash.bat does it automatically... It tries to flash, giver error 28, it runs prr and must say "Ready to flash". enter any key, u press enter, it tries again.

is prr running?
if not, try manually then

in dos mode, go to the mod folder and type commands

prr
---it may say Ready to flash, then---
fpt -f bios.bin -BIOS

if no go, upload a picture of the error
