When I try to execute flash.bat I get Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by Bios, preventing flash access.
Can You upload a Screen Shot to see that ?
Normaly using prr.exe this error is baypassable ! just You have to press
enter key, but as You said I cannot go on !

I am sorry so far your Eerprom is just Write Protected and We cannot reflash It with a Bios Mod !
Only using as SPI PGM You can do :

I have a big problem. My Lenovo G580 (20157) Bios 62CN97WW got corrupted, so I need the full BIOS to flash or reprogram the EPROM. The Main problem is that it don't let me install system at all, at the begining it get frozeen and must restart. I took the Laptop to a workshop and the Bios on Lenovo site is an update not the full flash.
Can you help me?

Firmware is composed by two files as there are two Eeproms Chips on Board :
1. Bios Eeprom Chip
2. EC Eeprom Chip
This is only Bios Chip file as I haven't EC Chip file, Its possible extracting only using HW SPI PGM !!!

I got a G580 (20157) 62CN97WW
need help getting the whitelist removed and also if the security settings can be unlocked. for some reason they are grayed out on mine. If security settings cant be fixed that's cool i can definitely use the removal for wifi. thanks!
