[REQUEST] Lenovo IdeaPad U310 & U410 (65CNxxWW) Whitelist Removal
Hi

I want to upgrade the WLAN of my U410 (no touch) to Intel 7260, which is not on the whitelist. Found out the hard way.
I have made a backup using both the Universal Backup tool as well as FPT_BACKUP.
Fortunately both rom backups are binary identical.
BIOS version is 65CN99WW.

It is available here http://rghost.net/55165271

Original Intel CentrinoWireless-N 2230 ID
PCI\VEN8086&DEV_0888&SUBSYS_42628086&REV_C4

New WLAN: Intel 7260
PCI\VEN8086&DEV_08B1&SUBSYS_40708086&REV_73

I hope someone with better skills than mine can fix this. Thanks.Smile

Could you whitelist my bios please? My laptop is Lenovo U310 Touch with bios 65cn97ww.

http://rghost.net/55868900 --- using FPT_BACKUP-BIOS.exe

http://rghost.net/55869024 --- using NEW_BACKUP_FPTs.exe

Thanks!

Special request.
1) My U310 cannot boot into bios, through NOVO key, Windows 8 Advanced Setup or FN F2
2) Cannot boot from USB, I've tried all options
3) No warranty, Lenovo went through all technical support and I can't get it to boot or bios.
4) Removed HDD and still cannot get into bios and boot from USB

I can only flash by Windows. Is there a tool to do so?
