I found the post with the patch file and did the patching. 100% success. Thanks Everyone.

At first I didn't see IO.sys or MSDOS.sys in the BootDOS directory, noticed there was no backup created by flash.bat so just to be safe, I added fpt -d backup.rom -BIOS
Few informational messages during flashing like "label not found"
Swapped cards and it was happy as a clam.

I'm not able to backup my bios using the Universal Toolkit. I've downloaded it several times and is just not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
