Yes, i see write protection too.
280 error can be bypassed using SPI Programmer or Sleep Bug.
Set your laptop to suspended mode and wake up it after few seconds.Then run tool again.
If you watch same error, try to downgrade and run tool again.
If you are successed and got no protections so let me know and we'll continue.
