[REQUEST] Lenovo IdeaPad U330, U430 & U530 (7CCNxxWW) Whitelist Removal

Hi folks,

Could you please help me remove the wifi card whitelist from the BIOS in my U330 Touch?

The BIOS version is 7CCN62WW. I would provide a dump, but I'm not sure of the best way to dump it. I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction?

2.4 GHz works more and more slowly (
Wants to upgrade wifes IdeaPad  U430p to 5 GHz WAN card, so need to remove WhiteList

AutoMod (thanks to all modders and to CodeRush an extra)

Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt, We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!

Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for your Bios use this one !!!

How to use ?
It's easy, just do a biosbackup.bin file and drag&drop on UEFIPatch.exe (the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool)
It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into modified folder where are all rest tools
to re-flash the Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then, reboot the laptop and at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !

Update from pure DOS with USB-bootable stick (You can use Rufus also)

Copy the "Modified" folder contents into the stick and boot in DOS mode and
Run Flash.bat to update.

Don't touch Video Settings or Disable Video Card It will Brick laptop !!!

It's possible to get the real bios file erasing 0x80000 0x00 bytes before the real bios code, getting the right file (4096kb) !

I need some help with replacing faulty wifi module (I had Intel 7260, and I'm replacing it with intel 7260HMW), but the laptop doesn't boot, immediatelly telling me that "there is an unauthorized module". Probably need a BIOS patch?
