I have a Z570 laptop, with defected WiFi. I bought a replacement but it needs to be whitelisted.

BIOS version is 45CN46WW.
I am attaching a results archive after running the Backup tool.

Hi All, I've also got a Lenovo Z570 and am wanting to install an intel 7260 to enable me to use my 5GHz network.
I'm currently running Windows 7 on BIOS version - 45CN47WW. 
Any help would be much appreciated!

good day! new member here hopefully you can help me flash my bios so I can install new WiFi card on my ideapad z570.
current bios is 45CN38WW and have an intel WiFi card which is not working anymore.
