Flash seemed to work. I got a message something was locked and would prevent the BIOS being flashed. But it then just did. Now I see a lot of new enties in BIOS and Windows still boots and works. I ordered a new wifi card and then we'll see, if it really works. (I guess it will.) Is it possible to reflash the "original" BIOS over this mod again with the Lenovo tools?

Yes ! But You can reflash your Bios Backup from result file too !

I am trying to get Wake on LAN (wol) to work on my Lenovo N581 (of course via cable, not wifi). But I cannot find anything regarding that in BIOS. Could you please check with your unlocked BIOS if it was disabled and if it would be worth getting an unlocked bios for me?
