Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

What is the problem of this incorrect dump, wrong Bios settings or is it the computer? Maybe a dump question,

Hi , please can somebody help me , i've a nice leonovo L540 but it can do only 2,5 ghz wifi but i've 5 ghz wife ,  so put in another dual band wifi card so far until i started teh computer i get unauthorize card , how can i fix that ?

Hi, i try to read the bios of the chip with ch341a and the clip with usb programmer but the chip is not in the list, it is a winbond 25Q64FS , what can I do ?
