I haven't yet replaced my Intel Centrino N2230 wifi card, I'll share results of attempting to use my new WIFI card BROADCOM BCM94322HM8L.

I came in this forum, because I heard about you and your proficiency in this matter.
Just tested my new wifi card and it runs perfectly on my Machine with 3 OS.

1) Windows 7 Ultimate, it has found and installed the driver for my new wifi card Broadcom BCM94322HM8L.
2) Linux (Elementary OS Luna) has found driver via Settings -> Additional Drivers ( I had to use Ethernet wired connection to download the driver)
3) Mavericks OSX 10.9.5. Here worked out of the box, Broadcom just ran without any drivers and installations, it automatically detected new card and launched it, so wifi finally worked on Lenovo E330.
