 I would like to have the wi-fi and battery whitelist removed. Can some one please help?

BACKUP_Tools19 seems to be the most recent recommended tool for doing the needed backup of the current BIOS. but I can't find this tool anywhere.

Can I get a download link for it and some usage instructions please?

Hi! I would like to upgrade my ThinkPad with a new Wi-Fi card, intel 7260HMV. It is necessary for 5 GHz band utilization. Because of this I need help with whitelist removal.

Bios version: 1.09, H3ET72WW. 

Possible caveats are the following: bios version is not the latest, and the laptop is running linux (Kubuntu 20.04). Should I install Windows for a few days to update bios and to make its dump after update?
