apparently a mod told me that there are several bioses for different models in that file. i don't know which file the t510 uses.

You seem to have quite a lot of advanced settings already available. Perhaps you could tell me if there are any specific options which you are trying to get?

no sorry. there is speedstep and cpu power management and thats it. if you want these two options il do the unlock but nothing to do with overclocking in there Sorry

I believe this is the bios I'm using (6muj27us), I upgraded it with Lenovo's iso bios flash update tool for the T510.

Now I bought two sticks of 8GB ram that are 1333 MHz. Should work fine for the system but the problem is I need to adjust the timings so that it will read properly.

Except I can't access any of that in the bios. Is there any way to unlock advanced bios options, or at least something that will allow me to specify the timings for memory so I can use my 8GB sticks?

The system does require the ram as it will be used for site testing for penetration tests (Computer systems & network security) and will be heavily loaded with VMs.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
