Hi
it is impossible

Hello, Dudu2002.

Thanks for the reply. However, in the bios of this unit there's actually an option which allows to downgrade bios (currently set to "allow"). So it seems possible, actually.

Faithfully,
-k0nsl
this option is present in Lenovo laptops with Insyde bios
P.S. sometimes our desires do not coincide with reality

Hello I'm wondering if someone could be kind enough to delete the wifi card whitelisting for my Lenovo Thinkpad X131e.
I made it into a hackintosh and I'm trying to use a Airport Extreme bcm94322mc card. When I put it in it had a error 1802.

It has a I3-3227u with 6 gigs one 4 gig and one 2 gig ddr3.
Model: ThinkPad X131e Serial Number: PB4WKFT Model Number:33671S2
Current Bios: G8ETB2WW 2.99
Embedded Controller Version: G8HT52WW 2.02
Bios Download: https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/g8uj32us.exe

Hello Dudu2002. (I like the way that rhymes). I read the link you provided for first timers using the BIOS programmer and SOIC Clip to flash the BIOS and make the dump and I was surprised to learn one has to fully remove the motherboard from the computer -OR- did I misunderstand that part of the instructions? I ask because several Youtube videos that demonstrate the process never indicated complete removal of the motherboard was necessay. The Lenovo is not my primary use computer and is essentially an emergency backup so completely removing the motherboard and risking some [censored] up putting it back together is unnerving.
